Of the many projects Laura has completed over the past 24 years, Laura gets the most personal satisfaction from her transportation work: interstates, streetscapes, rural parkways, and multi-use paths. She enjoys collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, problem solving, incorporating sustainability, and interaction with the public. Through these projects, she helps make her community a better place for all.

Jenny joined WDG after practicing at a local Tucson non-profit where she managed a stormwater harvesting program and received her arborist certification. She holds an MLA from the University of Arizona and a BA in Environmental Studies from Emory University. She has been a desert dweller all her life and enjoys projects that highlight the natural and cultural resources of the Sonoran Desert and that integrate her passion for multi-modal transportation and public engagement.
Aliz Potucek, Designer

Aliz Potucek is a landscape designer and Sonoran desert enthusiast. She graduated with her MLA degree in 2022 from the University of Arizona, and holds her B.S in Environmental Science from Westminster College. Aliz spent her early career working on community-based design, urban agriculture, and neighborhood-scale green infrastructure. She is passionate about using holistic design practices to solve problems at a community level.
Patricia Vasquez, Designer

Patricia is passionate about using landscape design to improve the human experience and create inclusive communities. She holds an MLA degree from the University of Arizona and a BA in Urban Planning and Sociology from UC San Diego. In her time as a designer, her efforts have been focused on the improvement of placemaking and socialization in the urban realm, as well as creating equitable and efficient transportation system improvements along the West Coast.
Yenniffer Yarosz, Designer

Yenniffer with two f’s and a ‘Y’ earned her MLA degree from the University of Arizona and comes from an architecture background with a BA from Universidad Autónoma De Sinaloa in Mexico. She is a life-long learner who applies her broad experience to every design, taking into account first the practical considerations while infusing into the design something surprising or unique. With an eye to the practical and a flair for the unexpected, Yenniffer enjoys designing places where people can be active and comfortable. She specializes in urban greenways and linear parks.
