Espiritu & Destino de Santa Rosa Barrio Row Houses
The Espiritu and Destino de Santa Rosa Barrio Row Houses were developed by III Oaks Development to be new construction that resembled the older structures in Tucson's city core. WDG worked on the landscape, planting, and irrigation plans for the perimeter and interior areas, in partnership with III Oaks Development. Pictured here are the Espiritu Row Houses.
Like all WDG projects, special attention was given to water drainage off landscape and architectural elements, as well as creating a diverse and aesthetically pleasing planting design.
