Teyechea Park

Teyechea Park is located in Nogales, Arizona. It is visited frequently by local residents; however the park is in need for many upgrades, specifically ADA accessibility. Wheat Design Group (WDG) developed a park masterplan in 2019 that was approved by Nogales Mayor & Council, and then was scoped to do construction documents for Phase 1. WDG is the Prime on this project and developed hardscape, planting and irrigation plans. Some of the upgrades include two new playground areas, new bathrooms, walking track, and exercise stations. An amphitheater may be included in Phase 2.
