The Payson Trails project provides a Trailhead Master Plan for trailhead development in the town of Payson, Arizona. Wheat provided the evaluation, prioritization, and site selection of 3 future trailheads on Town and USFS land. Wheat worked with Southwest Decision Resources in the community input and evaluation process.  Wheat created 3 illustrative trail concepts and provided trail elements for each site. Wheat is the sub-consultant for this project- scoped for research, community meetings  and providing graphic exhibits for public involvement and feedback.
